eDesign Management LLC, is a progression of an award winning architectural company that was established in 2011 by Anthony E. Ewen, RA NCARB and who continues as president of the new company.  Mr. Ewen has a rich tradition and history of individual and corporate clients supported by a 90% referral rate for new projects.  The company is located in Oviedo, Florida, near Orlando.

eDesign Management LLC provides a complete range of design services to owners, investors, contractors, and government entities, through out the southeast United States.  Mr. Ewen is licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland and 14 Others. Mr. Ewen is also a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.  Design services include preliminary planning, architecture, civil engineering, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection thru its support staff and a wide range of associated consultants. Other services include construction management, pre-construction management services, budgeting, value engineering, estimating, design project management, and permit management.

 

The company and its consultants have decades of experience in wide array of commercial, residential, industrial, military and governmental projects.  Mr. Ewen’s experience includes owner occupied and multi-tenant office buildings, surgery centers, multi story offices, medical facilities, legal offices, veterinary hospitals, industrial and manufacturing facilities, block and steel buildings, interior tenant build outs, renovations and additions, as well as warehouse facilities.  This diversity has allowed him to successfully design multi story banks, multistory condominiums and apartment complexes, multi-location restaurants, day care centers, dental offices, retail stores and sorority houses.


eDesign Management, LLC has teamed up with major General Contractors, such as K2e Partners or Orlando, Florida and DL Harkins Construction of Orlando, Florida to complete many Design/Build efforts.
